Inauguration of the Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge showroom at Wadi Saqra, and new maintenance and service centre in Abu Alanda

T. Gargour & Fils Co. -the sole agents of Mercedes Benz in the Kingdom- officially announced the addition of Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge to their family of brands in Jordan with the opening its new showroom for the new brands in Wadi Saqra, as well as its new maintenance and services center for Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge headquartered in Abu Alanda, Jordan.

Mr. Nadim Gargour, Managing Director, welcomed the new brands on board the Tawfiq Gargour family saying: "We are proud of the confidence that we were granted by Chrysler international, by giving us the agency rights for selling their cars in Jordan. Gargour shall endeavor its best to provide the highest levels of customer service for these elite brands, in line with international quality standards. We are committed to serve our customers, who seek innovative and high performance luxury cars."

He added "this move of Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge to join our family at Tawfiq Gargour, comes as a new step in the expansion strategy adopted by Gargour locally, in a bid to provide the local market with the best reputable car and truck products in the world, supporting this with a wide network of the maintenance and after sale services, in line with highest international standards that our customers deserve."

Gargour has supported the infrastructure of this expansion with an investment of US$750,000 to develop the administrative and operative system (Auotoline) and guarantee a well functioning system using state-of-the-art technology that connects all branches all around the clock (24 hours a day) thereby providing timely and efficient spare parts supply and sales service.

Another first in the region is Gargour's initiative of progressive training; for the staff and customers. The Training Center provides the employees and clients the opportunity to undergo the latest training sessions organized by Trainers technically reputed for their advancements in the field.

The management team at Gargour has extensive experience and expertise in providing high level of support and maintenance services, to all clients without any exception, in turn giving Gargour the rank of distinguished pioneers in automotive industry, both in the local and regional markets.
