The Wave, Muscat luxury apartments and Shoreside Villas sales launch on November 4, 2007

To secure a Shoreside Villa customers will be asked to place a RO10,000 deposit, with the balance of 10% of the value of the property to be deposited within 10 working days.

Purchasers of Almeria South apartments will be asked to place a deposit equal to 10% of the value of the property.

The Wave, Muscat is being developed through a joint venture comprising Oman's Waterfront Investments (representing the Government of the Sultanate of Oman), National Investment funds Company (representing the Omani Pension Funds), and the UAE-based Majid Al Futtaim Group.

The launch of Shoreside and Almeria South will take place at The Wave, Muscat Sales Centre from 9.00 am on 4th November 2007.
