The LCD TVs have been created to provide maximum viewing pleasure for home users and include a full high definition (HD) panel that supports Blue Ray player, Playstation 3 and HD Broadcast. Inspired by art and featuring next-generation technology, both models sport a full black id Design exterior with a swivel mechanism.

"BenQ's LCD TVs are gaining immense popularity regionally due to their feature-rich functionalities and our new 37-inch and 42-inch SH series models not only provide virtual surround sound and a cinema-style visual experience but also complement home interiors,"

said Manish Bakshi, General Manager, Middle East & Africa.

"Additionally, with Senseye technology, the SH3731 and SH4241 displays provide viewers with true to life images, futuristic design and unmatched quality. I think many people will be amazed at the clarity you can get with this new technology."

While the BenQ SH4231 LCD TV comes with an integrated light sensor which allows the HDTV to adjust viewing settings automatically, both models use SRS Tru Surround XT technology which delivers a virtual surround sound experience.

The two HDMI (High Definition Multi Media Interface) digital audio/video interfaces allow the highest visual quality possible.

"Home users are increasingly looking for display solutions that blend functionality, entertainment and overall design," said Robert Dung, Managing Director, Middle East & Africa.

"At BenQ, we constantly strive to improve our products with pioneering R&D which helps us develop cutting-edge technology to provide a near natural viewing experience."

The LCD TVs' high resolution of 1920*1080p, a response time of 6ms and a contrast ratio of 1500:1 add to the picture clarity and richness.
