The unique full day event gave business professionals the chance to discover the business behind the Disney magic. Participants were introduced to innovative Disney business strategies regarding leadership, management, service and loyalty, and learned about the management philosophies and behind-the-scenes operations that have made the Walt Disney Resort a benchmark for businesses around the world.
The Disney Keys to Excellence programme provided a welcome addition to the range of courses on offer at The Emirates Academy, which currently includes degree courses for students seeking top management positions in leading organizations within the tourism and hospitality industry, as well as short term leadership and development courses which are open to all external organizations.
Disney Institute brings magic to Dubai
The renowned professional development programme 'The Disney Keys to Excellence' was recently held in Dubai, in partnership with The Emirates Academy, part of Dubai based luxury hospitality group, Jumeirah.
