Tanmiyat Group announces selling more than 50% of Al Muhamadiyah Project in Jizan

Located to the north of Jizan Economic City and 10 kilometres from King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Regional Airport, Al Muhamadiyah project includes a residential area comprised of 2775 housing sections and an advanced infrastucture that takes advantage of a network of wide roads, giving it instant access to the surrounding areas.

Boasting a total surface area of 2 427 533 square metres and located near the Al-Hokair Entertainment City project and Jizan University, Al Muhamadiyah is situated in one of the area's most stylish districts and features commercial centres, schools and kindergartens, amongst other facilities and will include asphalt works and illumination works, a power station, main and minor water pipelines, a sewerage network, telephone lines and paving works.
