Beyondesigns to showcase classical architectural accents at Index Dubai 2007

  • United Arab Emirates: Wednesday, October 31 - 2007 at 13:13
  • PRESS RELEASE

Beyondesigns, Inc., a Dubai interior decorating firm, will introduce their full line of classical architectural accents at the Index Dubai 2007 show, November 1 - 5 at Dubai International Exhibition Centre.

Beyondesigns' exclusive product line of decorative columns, fireplaces, crown moldings and other artistic embellishments is the result of a proprietary manufacturing method that replicates the distinctive, rich beauty and intricate patterns of natural coral stone traditionally used to accent the elegant interiors and exteriors of the world's finest homes and corporate offices.

Prior to moving the firm to Dubai in 2005, owners Muhammad and Mej Virji marketed the product line in North America from their head office located in Toronto, Canada. Over a six-year period, they collaborated with builders on many upscale, residential and commercial projects across Canada and the United States.

Exceptional quality and decorative style for a fraction of the cost of real stone

Owner Muhammad Virji explains, "Our unique process creates a flexible and lightweight resin substance so strong it can sustain the impact of up to 200 kilos at any point and resist temperatures from -50 centigrade to +50 centigrade."

"The resin is poured into molds to create the architectural accents selected by our clients," Virji emphasizes. "The end product is truly breathtaking; yet our products cost a remarkable 10% of the price of real coral stone."

Beyondesigns has moved their manufacturing facility to Dubai which further reduces their products' price by up to an additional 35%, compared to the previous cost of shipping from Canada.

Different designs provide ultimate flexibility and flair

Beyondesigns currently offers meticulously detailed designs of elegant columns, column bases, capitals, fireplaces, crown moldings, chair rails, wall panels and tiles, pilasters, water features, corbels and other decorative accents.

Interior designer Mej Virji commented, "Sometimes, we blend ten to twenty different designs to create a single, unique wall unit. The possibilities are virtually endless."

"Even the most immaculately designed interiors are enhanced with our coral stone accents and raised to a true world-class level that only an elite group of international properties achieve," Mej Virji concludes.

Beyondesigns is completing the set up of their state of the art new facility at Dubai Investment Park which includes a showroom and a manufacturing plant. By manufacturing locally, they will eliminate the previous 30-day shipping time from Canada and provide faster turnaround for time-sensitive projects.

Customer satisfaction and a full design solution

From initial consultations with the client at the showroom and on site, to drawing the design plans, to manufacturing and installing the architectural accents, Beyondesigns provides a full solution for their clients.

"Customer satisfaction is our number-one priority," Muhammad Virji states, "from the first meeting to the final product installation. As a result of our extensive experience in Canada with new projects, we know how to coordinate with builders to ensure that our coral stone accents are installed properly and on time."

Until their grand opening on 1st April 2008, Beyondesigns' product line can only be seen at the upcoming Dubai Index 2007 show. Hall No. 1, Stand No. 1F35.
