As part of its efforts to offer the highest quality products and services to its customers, the company is strengthening its customer service centre to be able to enhance the levels of service and guidance it offers to residents whose units are connected to the new system.

The centre offers many services to the company's customers. For example, after a connection notice is sent to a customer, a customer service representative will make follow-up calls to brief the customer and ask about the resources contracted, making an appointment for a technical team to do a technical check and offer guidance on internal connections.

Customers seeking to know more about the connection methods also have the chance to meet local consultants who provide help on different matters related to the new system and the connections to be made.

All technical aspects are held by the project management teams who are responsible for the technical work when connecting to the main network.

The service centre welcomes requests and suggestions sent by email through the website www.gogreenajman.com. This website provides useful information to customers about the system and methods of connection, technical guidelines and specifications, methods of registration and fees, health and environment information, project news, fee calculator, and a suggestions section.

The company urges customers to log in to this website to know more about the system, and benefit from the many services it offers. They can also call the main customer service centre on (06) 714 8888 if they have any queries or complaints.

Now that the first pipelines have been completed, property owners are requested to install their interior connections so that no delays are incurred in finishing the remainder of the project.

The company has prepared a precise schedule for all the emirate's areas to connect to the main sewerage system, which will serve 75,000 homes and businesses on 12,500 plots of land when fully operational, processing 50,000 cubic metres of sewage into irrigation quality water every day.

Under the project theme of 'Go green, Ajman', the output of recycled water has the potential to transform large tracts of the emirate to grassed or arable land.
