Gulf Air defendants deny fraud

Six employees of Gulf Air have pleaded not guilty in Manama's Lower Criminal Court to defrauding the airline, reported Gulf Daily News. Each employee was charged with forgery and fraud after allegedly over-claiming for expenses on work-related trips. The troubled airline has been hit with with financial and managerial problems over the last year, losing up to $1m a day.
