Mohammed Bin Rashid Est. for Young Business Leaders to hold executive leadership training programme

The announcement is in line with the directives issued by H.H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment for Young Business Leaders, to provide staff with world class training that enhances their professional capabilities.

The leadership training programme, which commenced in September 2007, is conducted in collaboration with leading international business management institutions such as Harvard, the IMD of Switzerland, Columbia University of the US and INSEAD of France.

Candidates for the training will be selected through a process of succession planning. Based on a 360-degree appraisal of the employee, the programme will seek to address specific development needs through a series of case studies, seminars, role plays and projects. It will also combine class room learning, outdoor team building exercises, and an executive well-being programme customized for each participant.
