Moussa El Hayek, Chief Operating Officer of the property, said:
"These trips have been highly beneficial for us in introducing what the property and the city have to offer to tour operators. During the course of their stay at Al Bustan Centre and Residence and visits to various heritage sites in Dubai, the delegates garner first hand information on the tourism development projects initiated by the UAE government. They also realise that the property offers one of the best residential options in the city and unique hospitality provided by its friendly and very professional staff."
This year the property has hosted nearly 35 familiarisation trips for tour operators and travel agents of highest repute in the CIS states. A big chunk of them have highlighted the property's facilities in their respective countries and praised Dubai's trailblazing efforts to attract tourism.
