Reef Island steals the show at Property Arabia

Reef Island, the $1.3bn project, stood out among the other exhibited projects at Property Arabia Exhibition as the visitors who sought a unique luxurious lifestyle found in Reef Island the ultimate tropical getaway in the heart of the city.
Waleed Hayek, Reef Island's project manager, expressed content with the outcome of the show that offered a fundamental platform for showcasing the numerous real estate projects in the Kingdom. He encouraged all the local real estate projects to participate in the coming years.
On the outcome of the event, Hayek continued "We were overwhelmed with the interest generated. We are glad to announce that several apartments and villas were sold during the exhibition."
He explained that the astounding Reef Island project stems from the vision of Robert Mouawad, the chairman of Mouawad Group, for Bahrain to become a landmark among the GCC countries. "We believe in this vision and are working hard on bringing it to life. And today, I can honestly say, we see it happening. Bahrain has become an attractive destination in the GCC," said Hayek.
Both Mikans and Hayek agreed that there are endless possibilities for new ventures in the Kingdom.
"The future for Bahrain is bright and thanks to the kindness and genuineness of the people, Bahrain will be attracting more investors in the near future," expressed Hayek.
Designed in a unique master plan, Reef Island consists of 39 residential buildings, a residential Icon tower, 65 villas, 49 beach villas, a five-star signature hotel, a private marina and yacht club, a wellness centre, and a retail mall.
