Alafco orders seven A320-200s

Kuwait's Aviation Lease and Finance Company (Alafco) is to purchase seven Airbus A320-200s for $420m, reported the AFP. Alafco has already tied up a deal with Pakistan International Airlines to lease the planes for a period of ten years starting from 2009 when the order actually arrives. Alafco has ordered 66 Boeing and Airbus aircraft over the past 16 months as it looks to increase its felt to 80 planes.
