- PRESS RELEASE
involved in furthering the educational process both locally and regionally, Abu Dhabi University (ADU) is participating in Abu Dhabi's annual NAJAH Exhibition, which is held from the 4th - 6th November at ADNEC (Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre).
Held under the Patronage of Mrs. Hamda Al Muhairbi, CEO of Abu Dhabi Emiratization Council, NAJAH Abu Dhabi will benefit students, parents, HR professionals and the entire education sector in the UAE as well as abroad.
"Participating in Abu Dhabi's annual NAJAH exhibition is a positive step towards educating prospective ADU students and their parents on our institution and its unique approach," said Dr. Mohamed Khalifa, ADU's provost. "ADU offers student centric services characterized by personalized admission, registration, academic advising. Our students can benefit from a wide range of services including transportation, housing, counseling and job placement delivered by a professional and courteous staff," he added.
ADU fosters an experiential learning environment where students learn by doing and by reflecting on their experiences. Classroom learning activities include case discussions, hands-on problem solving and interactions with local practitioners. These are complemented by internships and co-curricular activities aiming at the development of the analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills of the students.
This approach is expected to be presented at this year's NAJAH exhibition, which will feature a selection of national / international exhibitors and education authorities. Also present are HR professionals (50 international/regional experts) and senior management looking for opportunities for training and developing fresh graduates as highly qualified staff members through more than 25 information-packed sessions held at NAJAH this year.
ADU has participated in several educational exhibitions, and this year sees them going from strength to strength as they continue to grow and develop their approach to dynamic student-driven education.
