Select Contracts to develop a luxury resort on the Dead Sea, Jordan

This will include a complete market study of the area as well as a conceptual master plan, hotel layouts, renderings and a 10 year business plan for the project. At the end of the first phase, the aim will be to identify what exact product will best suit the location from an investment and tourism perspective, and to identify which resort operator will be required to manage the property once construction has been completed.
