JW Marriott Dubai's Food & Beverage Operations Manager, Faiek El Saadani received the Food & Beverage Manager of the Year Award at the Hotelier Awards 2007 in front of the top achievers of the Middle East hotel industry at Madinat Jumeirah last Wednesday, 31st October 2007.
Now on its 4th year, the Hotelier Middle East Awards recognises a broad range of front-and back-of-house roles. This year there are 18 categories including the most coveted Unsung Hero of the Year Award. The winners of each category were selected by a panel of judges from different spectrum of the industry including suppliers and media. The Hotelier Middle East Awards celebrates excellence and the winners are the unsung heroes that make all the difference for the guests stay in each hotel.
"It is truly an accomplishment to be proud of and the accolade every hotelier aspires to, since the award involves competing against the best of the best of my hotel peers in Dubai," said Faiek.
