IRIS strengthens Middle East presence

The agreement is set to strengthen IRIS's position in the Middle East and introduce the IRIS Valet solution to the region along with the required support.

Personal Valet system provides 'self-service' features to hotel guests in the language of their choice thus preventing inconveniences that occur between customers and hotel staff due to miscommunication. This is an interesting new concept and an area of guest services that several IT vendors are looking at worldwide, however IRIS has both the hand-held state of the art devices with personalisation features for hotel guests and the back-office solution to make the solution complete.
