The privilege card offers great discounts in the Kare Design Shop and Midas showroom brands including Sia accessories. The 'Midas Privilege Card' comes in discount categories; Silver 10%, Blue 15%, Gold 20%, and Red 25%.
Midas's innovative customer loyalty program aims to reward customers consistently by point accumulation; the more points accumulated through purchases the greater the chances are for customers to be upgraded to the next discount category.
Furthermore, the 'Midas Privilege Card' rewards customers retrospectively whereby past purchases dated back till May 2002 are also accounted for. Currently, over 20,000 of Midas's current customers have automatically qualified for the 'Midas Privilege Card'; they simply need to visit the Midas showroom, located on Wasfi Al Tel Street in Khilda, and pick up their cards.
'Through the 'Midas Privilege Card' we are aiming to establish a steady and strategic approach to rewarding our customers, building long term relationships with them, and making sure to continuously meet if not surpass their expectations,' commented Mr. Raja Khoury, CEO of Midas.
Mr. Raja Khoury, further stated, 'We invested a lot of time and effort into this initiative since it was absolutely imperative for us to be able to ensure that all past purchases made can be accounted for which makes most of our current customers 'Midas Privilege Card' holders. We are enthusiastic about the 'Midas Privilege Card' launch as our customers mean a great deal to us and this is our way of not only saying thank you for choosing Midas to bring home but also to add value to their shopping experience.
