With a menu carefully orchestrated by Italian Chef Manuelo Pintore, Come Prima offers authentic Italian food with an ultra-modern twist, serving up a selection of dishes to whet the appetite of even the most discerning Italian diner. Each meal is personally prepared using fresh, authentic Italian and local ingredients, with delights such as 'Gnocchi di patate Con calamari e gamberi', freshly prepared Potato gnocci tossed with calarmari and prawn ragout or 'Filetto di tonno Con caponata di verdure', Tuna steak served with 'Capanota style' vegetables, as some of the restaurant's signature dishes.

The 80+ seater restaurant was designed and refurbished under the guidance of Mr. Todd and Cedric Gaillard, Executive Assistant Manager on the outlet's modern décor. Much of the modern furnishing was hand picked from design studios across the Gulf, ensuring Come Prima's surroundings provides a unique experience for modern Muscat diners.
The restaurant's distinctive interior, which has a clean Mediterranean feel, is also complimented by a beautiful outdoor terrace overlooking the Gulf or Oman.
Chef Manuelo Pintore brings almost 15 years experience working in a number of exclusive restaurants in Italy, Europe and Central America before relocating to Oman to help set up Come Prima. 'My extensive experience working as a chef in Italy means that I was able to bring the look and feel of modern Italy, and translate that into the unique menu and ambience of Come Prima. Diners will be delighted with the results.'
