Soneva Kiri introduced in Dubai by Six Senses Resorts & Spas

In celebrating the launch of Soneva Kiri, the management of Six Senses hosted a press lunch at Blades, Four Seasons Golf Club, and Dubai.

Harsh Roopchand, Director Residential Villa Sales was in Dubai on 27 October along with Christine Jabourian, Managing Partner, C&K Global Marketing LLC, Middle East Sales & PR Representative Office, Six Senses Resorts & Spas to meet with potential buyers, brokers and lifestyle companies. They also plan in hosting small private dinners/high tea for existing and potential Soneva Kiri residents, as well as friends and supporters of Six Senses on a one to one basis as and when they express interest in the project and wish to learn more.

Located in Koh Kood, the second largest island of the Koh Chang Marine National Park and fourth largest island in Thailand, Soneva Kiri comprises in total 46 pool villas along the beach front and on the hillside, overlooking the Gulf of Thailand. Each pool villa occupies a footprint of between 400 square metres, or 4,300 square feet, and 770 square metres, or 8,300 square feet, with living areas and air-conditioned bedrooms surrounded by water features. While several villas feature private spa suites, the resort will also feature a Six Senses Spa village and a celebratory pavilion.

There are three restaurants in the making, with the fine dining restaurant sitting on the ridge of a hill, facing west where spectacular sunsets over the Gulf of Thailand can be observed. Even better yet, all villas offer personal butler service for total exclusivity and indulgence.
Soneva Kiri is being developed with the principles of ecologically sustainable design and materials selection, and with construction methods adapted to protect the environment. Electric vehicles and bicycles are the mode of transport within the resort.

A private luxury plane service will be operated between the resort’s own airport, which is ten minutes from the island. We are also looking into a second plane with range to fly directly from destinations as far as Hong Kong to Soneva Kiri.

Purchasers of Soneva Kiri residential villas can choose between Beach Front or Hilltop Villas, all with ocean view, and each villa will have master bedroom, guest rooms, living areas with state of the art entertainment, gym, sauna, steam, spa suite, spacious open bathrooms, pools with water slides and butlers – all in tune with the environment. Owners will also become members to the Soneva Club – a private members club and concierge service.
