- PRESS RELEASE
Dnata Travel has gone the extra mile for its customers by offering a special bus service, the first of its kind provided by a travel agency in the UAE, for travel to and from Dubai International Airport.
The bus service is exclusively available to Dnata customers and will operate every day of the week, year-round. Passengers can request for the service at the time of purchasing their ticket. The Dnata Travel outlet in Al Quoz is the first outlet to offer this service to the airport and will have a designated drop-off point.
A Majid Al Mulla, Vice President, Dnata World Travel Services, said: "I'm delighted to announce this first of it's kind service, no travel agency in Dubai provides this extra service. Convenience and comfort are becoming increasingly important to today's traveller and we look forward to serving our loyal customers in as many ways as we can."
He added: "Dnata strives to bring its services closer to the customer and we're always looking for innovative ways to reach them as we understand that quality service is everything in the travel business."
The first bus service was launched in the presence of senior Dnata management and staff; all customers travelling on the inaugural airport transfer were given a small token to commemorate the occasion.
For the comfort of Dnata passengers along with the bus transport, a separate arrangement for baggage transfer is also organised to transport luggage to the airport.
