Mr. Wietzel has over 15 years experience in the tourism industry, a career that has taken him to Paris, New York, Australia, Thailand and more, with some of the most prestigious hotel chains in the world.
After joining Four Seasons group in 2002, he first worked with the landmark Four Seasons George V Paris as Hotel Manager. Mr. Wietzel holds a Master of Business Administration degree in International Hotel Management, a joint program of Cornell University and the Ecole Superieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales, France. Sharm El Sheikh is his first General Manager posting with Four Seasons. He says, 'I am very excited to be leading Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh and to have the opportunity to enjoy the exciting resort experience.'
