Enterprise Intelligence is visiting Dubai to promote room services concept

The UK company Enterprise Intelligence is visiting Dubai next week seeking partnerships for their latest technology in online in-room sales, marketing and management system for hotels in the UAE.
Together with the content management module, A S- 1 also offers the hotel staff the ability to change products and services, highlight 'Chef recommendations' and mark products as 'not available' in real time to the customer.
To enhance hotel management reporting, A S-1 can include a fully graphical reporting tool which will display Pie, Bar and Line charts in real time.
As A S- 1 gives the hotel complete control of any in-room service or product order, it also addresses the following customer services issues independent business women travelling abroad, ease of use for guests with disabilities, language barriers and even the customer who is seeking a superior in-room experience.
A S - 1 can offer a host of benefits to hotels not currently available such as reduced wastage, increased gross revenue, reduced costs, increased net profits and advanced management of customer expectations.
"A S-1 will resolve the problems of communication between guest, front of house and back of house while affording the hotel staff the ability to visually track and process any guest requirements. From our research, this is a hot topic in the hospitality industry at the moment and we feel our product would not only benefit hotels but also their guests", Stewart Ramlogan, Managing Director.
"The system is very simple and compatible with any PC/Laptop or TV browser. The system can be configured and working within 24 hours of receipt of the customers branding specifications in a manner that is completely non-disruptive to the usual running of the business", said Mr Ramlogan.
