Sabre advises airlines how to maximise distribution opportunities at the 2007 Low Cost Airlines Conference in Dubai

Sabre Travel Network and its sister company Sabre Airline Solutions will be Gold Sponsors of the 2007 Low Cost Airlines Conference from 11-12 November in Dubai, for the second year running.

The global travel technology specialists will take advantage of the event to promote their wide product range to senior executives from across the airline industry.

Mohammed Kadrouch, Sales Director, Middle East, Sabre Airline Solutions, will present to the audience on how low cost carriers can increase revenues through better revenue management and achieve higher ancillary revenues.

Hamish Broom, Sabre Travel Network's Managing Director of Airline Distribution, will talk about maximising distribution opportunities.

Supporting these themes on which Sabre will present, Sabre Airline Solutions has also released a new report on airline distribution and how airlines can meet future consumer demands. The paper asserts that if airlines are to succeed in the future, they need to embark on a multi-channel distribution strategy, get closer to their customers, use technology to gain deeper relationships with consumers, embark on one-to-one marketing and be on top of future behavioural, technological and demographic trends.

Sabre Airline Solutions suggests that this can be achieved through airlines assessing closely the cost and benefits of direct versus indirect distribution, improving their merchandising, enhancing ancillary sales, using data mining and employing remote applications to keep close to their customers.

The Low Cost Airlines Conference is the largest event of its kind in the Middle East and Sabre's sponsorship highlights the company's ongoing commitment to the region.
