ExecuJet's Dubai facility is currently handling up to 80 movements a month, but during the Dubai Airshow this week the company's FBO will be working at full capacity to accommodate an increased number of business aircraft movements. Working alongside their ground handling partner, Executive Flight Services, ExecuJet is fully geared up to handle the overflow traffic and address the challenges presented by increased movements at a time when part of the airport is in fact closed to accommodate aircraft on static display.
"It's a great opportunity to show new and potential customers how we can look after them here. They can experience the services we offer first hand, and get an appreciation for the customer service value resulting from the investment we have made," Mike Berry notes.
In keeping with the demands of the company's regional clientele, ExecuJet's FBO provides a highly customer-centric and discreet service, offering a diverse range of FBO and aircraft dispatch services, including specialised and tailored services to accommodate VIP, diplomatic and crisis flights.
Located at Dubai Airport Free Zone after the customs checkpoint, ExecuJet FBO's comfortable and subtlety furnished passenger lounge offers internet access, telephone and general business facilities, separate prayer room and a range of refreshments and reading material. Immigration services are provided within the facility. The building is also fully equipped to provide visiting flight crew with business facilities and a dedicated area for showering and rest.
Comprehensive range of aviation services offered
In addition to its VIP passenger lounge and crew facilities, ExecuJet Middle East has progressively expanded its range of aviation services since the facility opened this spring to offer:
• Overflight and landing clearances
• Full suite ground handling (in co-operation with Executive Flight Services)
• Customs and immigration service
• Car hire and accommodation
• Baggage and transfer arrangements
• Fuel services, inflight catering
• Weather and flight planning (in co-operation with Universal Weather)
• Business centre services
"We are not the biggest FBO, but we are very proud of our new facility. Customer feedback has been terrific and, through the services we have provided at our FBO, we have quickly built a strong regional business springboard here in Dubai. ExecuJet is committed to building on its investment in Dubai and is strategically committed to developing business aviation in the region. We are expanding our professional workforce to accommodate the rapid growth. We are here for the long haul,"
Mike Berry concluded.
