Entrepreneur Business Village opens doors for young entrepreneurs

Targeting young entrepreneurs and fostering the development of new business in the UAE, the Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment for Young Business Leaders (MBRE) has initiated an Dhs480m landmark project called Entrepreneur Business Village (EBV).

Strategically located at the Clock Tower roundabout in Deira, Dubai, the project is a 1 million square feet development and the first commercial venture committed to unlocking the immense business potential among aspiring entrepreneurs.

To complement the remarkable developmental of the UAE in recent years, EBV will be a one-stop shop for Entrepreneurs and will cater for all the business needs of small or medium enterprises, whether it is new businesses seeking a platform to start or exiting business that are in pursuit of expansion plans. The project will be the gateway for businesses to participate in the infused development of Dubai.

Mr. Muneeb Abdulrazzaq Kazim, Director - Special Projects, SME said,

"EBV will be the region's first and largest business acceleration & incubation park. This initiative from Dubai Government is not juts a business space, but also a place of purpose that seeks fulfillment. Keeping with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, EBV is a portal for business opportunities that will form the foundation for young entrepreneurs to make their vision a reality."


He added, "EBV's role would be to keep people connected and create opportunities for continued networking. Professional teams will help new businesses with guidance and advice through their transition from an idea to revenue generation. Our focus is to eliminate the complexities inherent in finding, setting up and operating a business in Dubai, while providing access to resources and experiences that greatly enhance capabilities for a fast paced growth".

The Entrepreneur Business Village will comprise of key financial institutions, strategic partners, public-private development organizations and venture capital firms as the cornerstone of the project. At the heart, EBV will offer business incubation services and a host of supporting services complimented by a surrounding of business, leisure and convenience amenities. This vibrant and social workplace will be further augmented with an online community with direct access to EBV services encouraging interaction, exchange of ideas and experiences by bringing businesses closer, allowing them to connect and absorb from each other under a single roof.

The Entrepreneur Business Village promises to be a noteworthy achievement for Dubai in introducing an innovative project to the Middle East, while also presenting a gateway to opportunity for entrepreneurs looking to realize their business objectives.
