Sayess's rise to prominence in the hospitality industry is no surprise considering his impressive training - first at Switzerland's Les Roches Hotel Management School where he graduated with a Diploma in Hotel Management and then at Cornell University in the US where he completed his certification in Hospitality Management. He spent most of his professional career with luxury Hotels in Geneva, London, Dubai, Kuwait, Bahrain, Beirut and Mauritius.
In his latest role, he will be responsible for the full-time operations at the 249-room Hotel.

Sayess, who moves to Riyadh with his wife Mary and their three children is delighted to take on this latest challenge and with determined dedication will ensure perfection at every turn through continuous innovation and the highest standards of service and hospitality.
The 249-room Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, within the distinctive Kingdom Centre complex, opened in February 2003. With a wide range of amenities for guests including a full service Spa, recreation facilities and a range of gourmet restaurants, the Hotel also boasts one of the largest wedding halls in the region as well as extensive meeting and function space.
