"We're focusing on helping define the needs of the end users and then the products that will open new avenues of revenue growth for channel members. The ICC is an opportunity to educate our expanding channel base on the latest technologies and our latest product offerings,"
said Nassir Nauthoa, Intel Reseller Channel Manager for the GCC.
Intel channel partners will have the chance to examine demos of Intel's latest Intel Core 2 Extreme and Xeon processors. These processors are the first to be manufactured on the company's 45-nanometer (nm) manufacturing process, further boosting performance and lowering power consumption which allows system integrators to assemble more powerful and sleeker PC designs.
"Our objective is to help our channel partners in the region bring consumers a new class of computers delivering a full Internet experience in ever-smaller, more portable form factors", said Nauthoa.
Building on its momentum to support the growth of mobility in the channel industry, Intel also will update its channel community on the latest Intel Centrino processor technology and Intel's mobile processors roadmap.
"Intel is committed to supporting the reseller channel partners with the latest knowledge and strategic tools to capitalize on the opportunity offered by the ongoing high demand from businesses and consumers for mobile solutions, one of the fastest growing market segments in our industry." Concluded Nauthoa
