Jill Boggiss, who has run strategic marketing and communications programmes for Marsh, PwC, Dresdner Kleinwort and UK television broadcaster Five, has joined Four Communications Group as Managing Director - Bahrain. She will report to Ray Eglington, the company's Managing Director - International, who is also based in Bahrain.

Jill will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality communications programmes to the company's existing clients, as well as attracting new clients. Jill will also have cross-Gulf responsibility for building Four's financial services client base. She also has expertise in learning and development, employee engagement and leadership development, and will build the company's client base in these areas.

Ray Eglington, managing director - international of Four Communications Group, said:

"As we expand our business in Bahrain and across the Gulf, it is important to attract the very highest calibre of senior staff, people who can help develop our business by delivering outstanding communications to our clients.

"Jill brings an incredibly strong skill-set to the company, particularly in the financial services sector. She has also specialised in employee engagement and leadership development programmes in a range of blue-chip organisations.

"Jill represents just one step in our continued expansion in the Gulf. We will be announcing further hires shortly, in Bahrain and in Dubai."

Jill Boggiss was previously Head of Global Leadership Development at Citi. Before that, as managing director of Inside Change, a specialist consultancy, she ran leadership development programmes for Barclaycard; developed an internal communications strategy for television broadcaster Five; and was Head of European Communications for Marsh, on an interim basis.

Jill Boggiss said:

"I have worked on a number of projects in Bahrain recently and have been very impressed with the commitment demonstrated to marketing and communications.

"I am very interested in the economic and social development agenda that sits alongside the growing financial services sector. I see this as a key differentiator for the Bahrain market - the ambition to create sustainable employment through developing key skills makes it clear that this is a market which is not just growing fast but is serious about making that growth sustainable.

I see great opportunities for developing Four's financial services practice and am excited to be here at this stage of the story."

Four Communications Group's clients in Bahrain include the Economic Development Board, the Ministry of Finance, Lightspeed Communications, Arab Banking Corporation, Eskan Bank and Walla.
