The Dhs500,000,000 luxury five-star hotel project - located on the trunk of The Palm Jumeirah, a prime location with its close proximity to The Palm Golden Mile - is set to encompass 14 stories of first-rate guest rooms and suites, and a full-service spa facility overlooking a five-kilometre stretch of uninterrupted coastline and private beach access.
The hotel's other amenities include a banquet hall, meeting room facilities, a comprehensive business centre, health and fitness club, retail shops and a variety of restaurants, in addition to two basement level parking facilities.
The hotel is due for completion in April 2009.
