On-line registration for this special collection of homes starts on November 14.
The Platinum Collection of homes - chosen from various residential developments within the mega-project - are a celebration of the luxury lifestyle assured by Downtown Burj Dubai and have an array of amenities including health & fitness facilities, high-end retail outlets, swimming pools and children's play areas. They are also in easy access of Downtown Burj Dubai's commercial components, and have smooth connectivity to Sheikh Zayed Road. Some of the homes open to direct views of Burj Dubai.
The Platinum Collection of homes will be released for sale on November 17 at The Palace Hotel, Old Town, a new luxury hotel that has opened in Downtown Burj Dubai. All homes are characterised by modern finishes and elegant fittings, and have smart home technology and superb entertainment and telecom connectivity.
'The homes we have chosen for the Platinum Collection are defined by superior standards of product quality, and highlight luxury living within Downtown Burj Dubai,' said Saif Al Mansoori, Sales Director of Emaar Properties. 'They will appeal to the growing number of discerning buyers, who desire a truly different home experience.'
The Platinum Collection includes homes of varying designs and architecture. Some have high ceilings, others celebrate Arabian architectural elements, and some highlight the elements of space and light through design ingenuity.
Shopping, leisure and entertainment options within close proximity to Emaar's Platinum Collection units include The Dubai Mall, one of the world's largest shopping and entertainment destinations, and the various entertainment and shopping outlets that line the Burj Dubai Boulevard.
Downtown Burj Dubai is Emaar's flagship project and is a mixed-use 500-acre community combining commercial, residential, hotel, entertainment, shopping and leisure outlets in open green spaces dotted with lakes and other water features. Several homes have been handed over to customers, and three luxury hotels are already functioning within the downtown development.
