The deal, which follows a similar one in which KTV supplied 1400 LCD TV screens to Ramada Al-Hamra and Ramada Al-Qibla hotels, both in Madina Al-Munawwarah, is part of the Korean company's business strategy of targeting new hotels in marketing its products in the region.

KTV manufactures Liquid Crystal Television screens in a variety of sizes, starting from 20 inches up to 82 inches, using first class category "A" Korean-made LCD panel of high-quality and reasonable prices and guaranteed for a period of five years for the use of all costumers.

The contract signing ceremony was attended by Khalid Muammar, Director of Hotels Section of the Mohammed Al-Ali Al-Suwailem Company, proprietor of Ramada Al-Bukaira Hotel, and Mr. Abdullah Abubakar Baeshin, KTV's AGM & Operations Manager in Saudi Arabia. Mr. Ahmed Al Minshawi, Electronics Section Manager of Lingo, Exclusive Distributor of KTV products in the Kingdom, was also present at the ceremony.

Commenting on the agreement, Mr. Baeshin said: "LCD TV industry is witnessing rapid growth and tremendous patronage these days. This has encouraged KTV to invest in this area to expand the scope of its distribution by entering into strategic alliance with many new hotels in the region."
