International law firm Allen and Overy (A&O) is set to open a new office at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) this week. A&O has been operating in the Gulf for ther past 30 years and is undergoing an expansion programme. The firm opened new offices in Riyadh and Abu Dhabi earlier this year.
