Aimed at people earning a salary/income of Dhs10,000 or more per month, this service is set to enhance the bank's image and attract new customers, as well as improving its current customers experience.

The bank recognises that today's customer is looking for a more personal banking experience tailored to their specific needs. As such, the improved levels of comfort, convenience, and prompt, quality service are merely the beginning. To become a member of the elite club of Prestige Banking customers are not required to transfer their salary to the bank.

Speaking about the new service, Mr. Abdulaziz Al Muhairi, CEO of Dubai Bank, said, 'The launch of Prestige Banking is necessitated if Dubai Bank is to become the service provider of choice within the banking market in UAE. Prestige Banking has enabled us to come closer to our customers, allowing us to cater more personally to their demands'.

In addition to the range of services available on the customers' account, Prestige Banking offers a pre-approved Auto Finance facility, a free for Life Covered Card, loaded with value, rewards and benefits, free 24-hour AAA roadside assistance, free international ATM and debit card, and an unlimited number of free ATM transactions at any ATM within UAE.

In order to more fully address customers' needs, there is a dedicated banking lounge at each branch, a dedicated relationship manager who will be able to work closely with customers to provide quality service, and dedicated teller queues to avoid delays.

Mr. Adnan Chilwan, Head of Marketing and Product Development, said that 'The bank since it's conversion to an ethical and shari'a compliant institution earlier this year has grown and flourished and is a significant player within the consumer banking business. With the launch of Prestige Banking the bank strengthens this position and continues to expand its range of unique products and services setting new standards in the banking industry within the region'.

Mr. Mohammed Al Nahdi, Head of Retail Banking said that, 'Prestige Banking is just one of the new services being launched by Dubai Bank, which will further improve the institution's offerings focused on exclusivity, service orientation and customer satisfaction.'
