ENOC Aviation played a pivotal role in the Air Show by being the major jet fuel provider to the participants. Through its stand at the exhibition, ENOC further showcased its latest products for the aviation industry, receiving several business enquiries and a large turnout of visitors.
On their participation, Hussain Sultan, ENOC Group Chief Executive said, 'ENOC and its subsidiaries share a close relationship with the Department of Civil Aviation in Dubai. As a major player in the Oil and Gas industry, we look forward to growing the brand even further into an international entity and the Dubai Air Show serves as the perfect platform.'
The International Air Transport Association (IATA) recently awarded ENOC Aviation with an IATA plaque of appreciation for its valued and strategic partnership. The IATA represents over 240 international airlines comprising 94% of scheduled international air traffic and is considered the leading authority and official representation of the airline industry.
'ENOC Aviation is always working to provide better services for the industry. In line with Dubai's current growth and expansion, our aim is to expand globally and enter more international airports in the future,' said Salah Galadari, Chief Operating Officer, ENOC Aviation.
The Dubai Air Show was held from November 11- 15, 2007 at the Airport Expo. Celebrating its 10th anniversary, the event was attended by over 40,000 visitors.
