Attractive brochures and leaflets about Qanat Al Qasba and its landmarks and activities were handed out to all visitors during the four day event. A short video was also broadcast to demonstrate the unique location's identity and its new spectacular cultural, tourism and entertainment portfolio aiming at enhancing its position as the destination of choice to visitors and residents alike.
Marwan Al Sarkal, CEO of Qanat Al Qasba Development Authority, said,
'Our second participation at WTM was successful and went far beyond our expectations. Our participation and the material made available about this fantastic destination have no doubt made very positive impact on senior officials and visitors who were keen to know more about QAQ and its offerings.'
Added Al Sarkal, 'What we accomplished during this WTM would have never been achieved without the generous and endless support of the Sharjah Commerce & Tourism Development Authority. The strategic location and the area of their stand allocated to us by the Sharjah Commerce & Tourism Development Authority made us conspicuous and our presentations a greater success.'
