Towell Auto Centre announces Tyre Care Plus awards

Holding on to their title of the best performer, the Bausher Tyre Care Plus (TCP) outlet yet again won the exciting TCP award for the month of August.

This was their third consecutive win. In the month of September, the exceptional performance of the TCP outlet at Buali came as a surprise for all. Geared up pride and enthusiasm, the Buali team remains positive about keeping up their good stance to compete for another win.

In a statement Saud Al Zadjali, Branch Manager- TAC at Buali said, "We are thrilled with our performance and would like to exceed the mark we set this month."

Such healthy competition keeps the employees pepped up, motivating them to do better at every stage. This Towell Auto Centre innovation became a success since its very first award. To qualify for this award, each Tyre Care Plus unit has a set criteria to achieve. The criteria remains standard for all the TCP outlets and on the basis of this, they are rated every month.

Steadily increasing their count of TCP's across Oman, Towell Auto Centre has seen success with every endeavor. Presently TAC has the largest network of 16 outlets, when compared to other distributors in the Gulf countries. These outlets cater to all the requirements of customers from new tyre sales to wheel balancing, wheel alignment and puncture repairs etc. All these outlets are equipped with state of the art equipments including the capability to handle the latest RFT technology.

With 16 outlets across the country and increasing this count further in the next couple of months, they are reaching out to many spots in the interiors of the Sultanate.

All TCP outlets are treated as separate profit centers. Exciting cash awards are rewarded to winners of every month and at the end of the year the overall performances are again evaluated and an annual prize is given to best team with a bigger and better prize pool. For this year it will be 2 nights and 3 days stay at Bangkok for each member of the annual winning team.

The 16 Tyre Care Plus outlets are located at Wadi Kabir, Bausher, Ghala, Goubra, Rusayl, Barkha, Saham, Sohar, Karsha, Nizwa, Ibri, Sur, Salalah, Buali, Bidiyah and Sinaw. Bridgestone has also set up two Truck Tyre Centres located in Ghala and in Nimr.
