Doha Bank Dream Card holders flying high

Doha Bank announced a joint promotion with SriLankan Airlines for its Dream Card holders.
The Dream Card users can book their flights via SriLankan Airlines to join this promotion, which will give them a 7% discount. The payment has to be made by their credit cards. Every month four customers can win a ticket to the original destination they booked for. Every transaction will entitle the customers to one entry to the draw. The first draw will be on 2nd January 2008. Customers will also continue to earn Dream Points. Customers booking their tickets online will be connected to the SriLankan Airlines' reservation system, allowing them to search preferred dates, times, available flights, check seat availability, reserve a seat, print an e-ticket and even indicate meal preferences.
Mr. R.Seetharaman, CEO of Doha Bank, said that this would be an added attraction for the Dream Credit Card customers. He added that the tie-up would be beneficial to the customers in providing quick and effective service with discount on ticket price and chance to fly again to their desired destination. He also added that Doha Bank has always been a forerunner in creating pioneering schemes for customers with respect to convenience and innovative benefits.
"Customers can book their flights on SriLankan Airlines from the convenience of their home or office through www.srilankan .aero to SriLanka, 11 destinations in India, the Maldives, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, Hong Kong and China," said Mr. Lakshman Weerasooriya, Country Manager for Qatar, SriLankan Airlines. Expressing his pleasure to associate with Doha Bank he added that the procedure will generate much less wastage than the traditional booking method and problems associated with misplaced, damaged or forgotten tickets will no longer be an issue.
