KHC buys 9% NAS stake

Saudi Arabia's Kingdom Holding Company has paid $69.9m for a 9% minority stake in National Air Services (NAS), the operator of the low cost carrier Nas Air and also the executive offering Al Khayala, reported Reuters. Nas Air has said it is seeking to have a fleet of 167 planes by 2012 and it has been considering a $2bn initial public offering to raise funds for aircraft acquisitions.
