Jumeirah Group eyes 60 hotels

Jumeirah Group plans to have 60 hotels worldwide under its umbrella by the end of 2011, said Gerald Lawless, Executive Chairman of the hotel group. Speaking at the Abu Dhabi Conference 2007, organized by Meed, Lawless said hotel occupancy rates in Dubai remain very high, with 30% of leisure tourists at Jumeirah Beach Hotel returning more than once a year.
