The Ministry of State for Federal National Council Affairs launches 'Say & Do Programme'

The UAE Ministry for Federal National Council Affairs (MFNCA) launched the 'Say & Do Programme' in line with the Shiekh Khalifa Programme for Excellence to encourage its staff to boost efficiency and work productivity.
Lootah said: "The programme is based on the international standards outlined by the Shiekh Khalifa Programme for Excellence, and aims at empowering our team and improve their capacity and output."
He added: "Investment in human capital is a key component of our strategy and an annual plan is now being prepared to enrich the administration skills of our employees and promote teamwork. A specialized team, the 'Excellence Team' of the Ministry has been established to ensure that the programme is carried out efficiently. More such teams will be established in due course."
'Say and Do' has five major phases starting with an assessment of the current status followed by team formation which will lead to planning, execution and finally, the evaluation process set against the Radar International Evaluation System. The title has been chosen to reflect its strong connection with development values and guidelines. The programme is expected to enhance the capabilities and understandings of the employees.
