Bin Sulayem meets with Australian tourism delegation

The Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) Director General, Mr. Khalid A bin Sulayem, held discussions on wide-ranging issues of mutual interest with a high-level delegation from the Australia's Gold Coast Tourism Corporation which called on him at the DTCM Head Office on Monday, November 19.

The delegation comprised of Gold Coast Tourism CEO, Mr. Pavan Bhatia, and Mr. Ben Pole, Associate Director of Public Relations at Gold Coast Tourism. The two sides discussed different ways of boosting bilateral cooperation, especially in the field of tourism.

They also explored the possibilities of exchanging expertise in different domains, including training and technology, in addition to the MICE tourism.

Both sides also reviewed ways to promote tourism through media and trade delegations, promotional literature and participation in workshops, exhibitions and conferences.
