Sunset Hills, at the Al Areen Development, will be ready to showcase its deluxe villas, villas and apartments in March 2008 after the completion of construction and key infrastructure in the development. The model homes' foundation has now been completed, as well as the site levelling. Infrastructural works, including roads, is currently in progress, placing the development well on track for completion and full handover to residents by 2009.

Sunset Hills, a 50/50 joint venture between Abu Dhabi Investment House (ADIH) and Sorouh Investments, a Kuwaiti investment firm, was launched earlier this year, and has already witnessed 100% of its deluxe villas being sold, as well as over half of the villas and almost one quarter of the residential apartments in phase one of the project.

Covering approximately 200,000 square meters at the prestigious $1 billion Al Areen development's southern gateway, the project will house 300 villas, town houses, luxury apartments, multi-purpose buildings and a club, when it is completed in 2009.

While buyers who are looking to obtain property in Bahrain have numerous choices available to them, Sunset Hills provides a unique value proposition that positions it as the preferred address of choice for investors.

The project's location reflects a visionary choice that foresees the Al Areen community as Bahrain's future residential center. As property owners are increasingly seeking more sophisticated lifestyle options, the advantages of Sunset Hills will prove ideal for residents who are looking for a tranquil environment which simultaneously offers high-quality family entertainment options.

In an area that has been master-planned by the Government of Bahrain, and with a strategic location near the main planned transportation lines--including a ring road-- that are currently under development, Sunset Hills will enjoy easy accessibility and a life-friendly environment. Residents will be able to enjoy uninterrupted views of Bahrain's stunning sunset from their homes. Commercial outlets will be available both in Sunset Hills and the Al Areen area at large, enabling home-owners to have convenient access to their needs.

Nearby attractions, including the wild- life park, newly-opened water park, Equestrian City, Banyan Tree Desert Spa and Resort and the Bahrain International Circuit, are just minutes away from the property development, providing entertainment options that cater to a wide variety of interests. In addition, the development is within easy reach of the University of Bahrain and lies only 4 kilometers away from Al Jazair beach.

Mohammed bin Daij Al Khalifa, chairman of Sunset Hills, said, "We have developed Sunset Hills to directly cater to the needs of future homeowners in Bahrain, and the impressive sales that we have witnessed are a tribute to the project's value proposition.

"With the construction and infrastructure well on schedule, we are confident that Sunset Hills will be Bahrain's preferred address for Bahrainis and GCC residents who are looking for a property in the Kingdom."
