Dubai International wins Best Airport of the Year Award

Dubai International won the Best Airport of the Year Award at the Aviation Business Awards (ABA), held recently at the Park Hyatt resort in Dubai.

The prestigious event, organised by ITP Business Publishing, featured 14 categories in total, including airline of the year, CEO of the year, airport of the year and aviation technology provider of the year.

The award is in recognition of Dubai International's consistent delivery of world-class service across the region during the past 12 months.

Airports are asked to provide evidence of exceptional performance, with examples of business innovation, traffic figures, excellence in service and product standards (including passenger and ground handling facilities), technology implementation, contribution to the growth of the regional aviation industry, and future expansion plans.
