- United Arab Emirates: Tuesday, November 20 - 2007 at 16:27
- PRESS RELEASE
Dr Adnan Sahli, Executive Director - Projects of Sorouh, UAE's leading real estate developer, called for enhanced industry innovation during the two-day Abu Dhabi Conference 2007 held at Emirates Palace on 18-19 November 2007.
"Sorouh's current and future integrated lifestyle communities all highlight the way in which we support the strategies of Abu Dhabi. Through our vision of providing life in perfect balance we hope to help shape the emirates' economic landscape," said Dr Sahli.
Dr Sahli presented Shams Abu Dhabi, Sorouh's flagship project on Al Reem island, and Al-Ghadeer, an oasis of easy living on the border between Abu Dhabi and Dubai; Abu Dhabi's model projects that showcase construction ingenuity in sustainable development, and which reflect Sorouh's vision for the future.
As one of the premier real estate developers of mega projects in the country, Sorouh has consistently called for the establishment of new standards of innovation, focusing on commitment to delivery, giving a sense of place and sustainability and retaining investors through property appreciation.
"Sorouh is among the first real estate developers in the UAE to design master plans for fully integrated communities rather than just clusters of buildings. We have kept our minds open to change and continue to invest, in the strong belief that the value of projects and revenue generated from them will appreciate and the investors who have gained will continue with us in future projects," Sahli concluded.
