  • PRESS RELEASE

Scandinavian Airlines (SAS), the leading carrier in Scandinavia and the fourth largest airline group in Europe, has launched www.flysas.ae - a dedicated UAE website which provides information and special offers on the airline's new Dubai-Copenhagen route.

SAS recently launched its thrice-weekly, non-stop flight from the emirate to the Danish capital - the first to directly link the UAE with Scandinavia.

The interactive online tool is available to both consumers and travel agents, and provides round-the-clock information on fares, products and services as well as special offers to all of SAS' worldwide destinations.

"This tailor-made site has been specially designed to serve our local customers better as it provides discounted fares, as well as real-time support throughout the booking process," said Magnus Engstrom, General Manager UAE, SAS.

"It also enables local passengers to book onward flights via Copenhagen to other Northern European countries and domestic routes at all available fare levels."

SAS' new Dubai-Copenhagen service operates from Dubai International Airport every Monday, Thursday and Sunday on a widebodied, 245-seater Airbus A340 with a three-class configuration - SAS Business, Economy Extra and Economy Class.
