The winners and runners up were announced at a glittering gala dinner at The Monarch Dubai and event director Alan Kelly says the number of entries (130 in total) in the Dubai Holding-partnered MEBA Awards and the quality of entries overall shows there is a lot to be proud of in the region.
"The awards were judged by an international panel of independent judges and they were unanimous in saying the overall standard of entries was very high.
"Rather than try and single out any particular winner for special mention, IIR and Dubai Holding would like to congratulate them all for their successes, but also commend all entrants for sharing their achievements with us."
