Conyers Dill & Pearman, the offshore law firm that advises on the laws of Bermuda, British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands, is pleased to announce the recent appointments of Kerri Lefebvre and Fawaz Elmalki to their Dubai office.
Fawaz Elmalki, an associate in Conyers Dill & Pearman's corporate law department, advises on corporate law and corporate finance transactions including private equity transactions and fund formation.
Roger Burgess, partner in charge of the Dubai office said, "We are delighted to welcome Kerri and Fawaz to the Dubai office. They bring considerable corporate and securities law experience to our Dubai practice and we look forward to the contribution that they will make to our Gulf region clients going forward."
