Conyers Dill & Pearman announces appointments

Conyers Dill & Pearman, the offshore law firm that advises on the laws of Bermuda, British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands, is pleased to announce the recent appointments of Kerri Lefebvre and Fawaz Elmalki to their Dubai office.

Kerri Lefebvre is a partner in Conyers Dill & Pearman's corporate law department and her practice includes all aspects of corporate and commercial law including private equity transactions and closed ended investment funds, private placements and public offerings and the formation and structuring of joint venture entities. She has advised numerous widely-held companies in connection with offshore redomiciliation and with onshore listings.

Fawaz Elmalki, an associate in Conyers Dill & Pearman's corporate law department, advises on corporate law and corporate finance transactions including private equity transactions and fund formation.

Roger Burgess, partner in charge of the Dubai office said, "We are delighted to welcome Kerri and Fawaz to the Dubai office.
