First international rehabilitation conference hosted by Tawam Hospital held in Al Ain

The first international rehabilitation conference titled 'Modern Rehabilitation: The Holistic Approach', hosted by Tawam Hospital, in affiliation with Johns Hopkins Medicine, concluded today at the InterContinental Hotel, Al Ain.

The two-day conference attracted around 300 academics, therapists, rehabilitation specialists, nurses, and health and medical students.

A host of internationally renowned keynote speakers from the USA, South Africa, Europe and the UAE addressed the gathering and enlightened the audience about recent advances in rehabilitation and patient care.
