Hy-Tech Logistics appoints Fuat Koseoglu as Education Services Manager

Fuat joined Hy-Tech Logistics in April 2007 to focus on the development of Hy-Tech's presence in Dubai and due to the success of the operation he now has the time to focus on his specialty area of Education.
