SriLankan Airlines holds product seminar for 50 top travel agents in Riyadh

SriLankan Airlines successfully conducted a seminar for 50 front line staff of leading travel agencies in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Skywards is the loyalty programme of SriLankan Airlines and Emirates that provides for a wealth of frequent flyer privileges including free tickets, upgrades and free baggage allowances.
Mr Fawzan Fareid, Sales Manager of SriLankan Airlines in Riyadh led off the proceedings with a presentation on Skywards, services to be expected from the airline at Colombo Airport and Sri Lanka's golf resorts.
The travel agents were familiarised by Mr. Shoaib Ahmed, sales supervisor with SriLankan Airlines' about the new connections to India, the attractive promotional fares on offer and the airline's new service "Glimpse of Sri Lanka" and the introduction of online booking and e-tickets.
Mr. Sivanathan Jaya, Sales Executive discussed the SriLankan Airlines' Far Eastern connections and SriLankan Holiday's packaged offers to the East.
